The Meatpacking District

 

Our recent residential home is a sprawling two floor duplex with rooftop pool and patio area in the heart of the Meatpacking district. The apartment was recently purchased and has gone through a complex redesign and overhaul.

 

Our client was looking to smarten up their new home to control everything from shades, lights, HVAC, music and movies.

AVIO was contracted to build a custom electronic rack specifically designed to control the clients home. AVIO handled the installation of all electronic equipment from TV’s to in wall touch pads.

We also programmed the system to ensure that each command was exactly what the client requested, from the light dimming percentage, audio volume and picture brightness to name a few.



Our client is also very tech savvy and needed to have access to the control system as much as possible. AVIO made sure that each smart device from his iPad to his iPhone is able to access his entire home with a simple application.

Our client was so happy with the end result that we will be back this September to complete an multi-zone audio setup for the rooftop deck and pool area.
